Rates for Neuropsychological Evaluations & Psychotherapy
At Key Insights, we are committed to transparency regarding the cost of our services. Rates vary based on provider training, service type, and evaluation complexity. The fees below reflect maximum out-of-pocket costs after insurance reimbursement when applicable.
Service Fee Ranges
- Psychotherapy services: $200–$300 per session
- Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations: $4,000–$6,000
- Targeted diagnostic evaluations: $800–$4,000

Insurance & Payment Information
Key Insights works with commercial health insurance on an out-of-network basis.
- For evaluations, we submit insurance claims as a courtesy and wait for insurance payment before billing the remaining balance.
- For psychotherapy, payment is due at the time of service. Documentation is provided for insurance reimbursement.
- We accept Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) funded by school districts.
- We work with Worker’s Compensation and No-Fault insurance.
- We do not participate in Medicare, Medicaid, or ACA/state exchange plans.
Modality & Availability
Services are available in person at our Glen Head, NY office and online via secure telehealth.
Appointments are available during daytime, evening, and weekend hours, by appointment only.
