Key Insights Neuropsychology and Counseling provides assessment and psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our staff includes a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist, licensed clinical psychologist, school psychologist, social worker, and clinical psychology doctoral students.
Cost: We offer a range of price points depending on the level of service and clinician you select. The cost of a therapy session ranges from $150 - $300. The cost of a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation ranges from $4,000 - $6,000 with targeted evaluations available for less. We generally work with health insurance on an out-of-network basis and will provide the necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement. We provide Independent Educational Evaluations funded by school districts and online treatment services for Worker's Compensation and No-Fault.
Modality: Most services are available both online and in person at our Glen Head, NY office.

Neuropsychological Assessment Services
Key Insights specializes in providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for developmental disorders such as ADHD, autism, learning disorders, speech and language delays, and intellectual disabilities, as well as determining giftedness and if children are twice exceptional. We also conduct neuropsychological assessments following brain injury, stroke, brain tumor dissection, and to diagnose neurodegenerative conditions.
PSYCHOTHERAPY TREATMENT SERVICES
Key Insights provides integrative counseling services for individuals and families, including children of all ages, to treat a range of emotional, behavioral, and social concerns. Other specialties include cognitive remediation, executive and social skills training, chronic pain management, clinical hypnotherapy, and lifestyle behavioral health services. Our treatment team teaches stress management, coping, and self-regulation skills to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, obsessive thinking, and compulsive/addictive behaviors. Analyses of personality and relationship patterns are conducted to improve functioning at home, school, and work.

Heather Snyder, L.M.S.W., specializes in working with younger children and their families. She utilizes play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral management principles, and parent training to treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, behavioral difficulties, academic problems, and grief.
